Nothing wrong with seeing it at launch. Halo 3 didn’t reveal forge until a week before launch. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the same for H5.

I was really hoping it would be revealed at PAX, but I guess not.
I’m getting impatient with a Forge reveal, but 343 is trying to advertise to the majority of players (which aren’t the Forging community)
We have to remember, there goal is to get the most money as possible while making the player happy with the game.
