Do we know if that’s when they’ll be sending out the codes for the preview? I have received the invite but no download code. I just want to make sure it’s not something they’ve sent out already.

No clue. If I had to guess we will either get a XBL message, have to download the Event or Insider app, or have to enter a code we get via e-mail.

were are not sure when the codes will be sent out. like said in the other comment it is going to be in the afternoon PST but not exactly sure when.
when you get the email/waypoint message you will be given a code to use on steam or Xbox to download the flight.
It appears they’re consistently starting from 12pm PT - 2 PM PT on everyday of the flight. Check the blog they posted.
You are on the same boat as everyone else we are all waiting for the next steps so no worries hopefully in like 6ish hours.

I really wish i could preload now. I have to go to work and would like to download it for when I get home
My educated guess would be around 3:00pm EST.

I am in the same boat man. I did hear it would be in the afternoon PST so closer to end of work day for me on the EST. Twitter basically said they will send out the information once the system is online so ppl can download and play right away once they are sent out. So I am sure they will put it online early afternoon. check stability and send out instructions. either way im excited as -Yoink-!

I just had a thought. If you’re on xbox, make sure that remote mobile control is on, and you have the xbox app installed. Maybe you can start downloading it remotely or when you get home?
Nobody has received any download link or instructions yet. One of the monitors posted that 343 has said on Twitter that links will start rolling out around noon PST.
As far as where to look for the actual instructions, you’ll receive a message on waypoint and an email to the same email address that you received your initial flight invitation on.

ah nice I do have that on! I have been downloading game pass games that way. Thanks for the reminder I’ll def do that.
