It’s on Tuesday 5th, you can see it here at the top left corner, or at the xbox dashboard main page theres app for download thats going to be live, and has a countdown(requires xbox live).

E3 offically starts on June 5th but Microsoft is having their press confrence on the 4th and later that night there is going to be some spartan ops shown off.

You’ll be able to see the Microsoft press confrence live on spike tv and the spartans ops reveal too.
