When I'm in a 1v1 fight I panic

How could I stop this from happening. When I’m calm I aim perfectly at their head but sometimes I’ll panic and aim all over the place

Be calm and imagine that they aren’t shooting you.

Rely on the game’s aim assist.

Just think about the enemy naked, Or pace your self and see why its so frustrating or why it causes panic and try to equal it out,

It sounds a little cliche but focus on your breathing. When you get ‘spooked’ and you get a little adrenaline in your system you get the ‘shakes’ and you start breathing faster and harder. All that adds up with fine contact controls like a controller, so take care of the one thing you can and focus on keeping your breathing even.
It works for the video games as much as it works in real life shooting, lol.

Be confident. When you think your going to win your more likely to win.

And this ^ I typically also count my shots

practice practice practice practice practice practice

also I’d suggest Pro vision so you know when the 1v1 will start so you are nto surprised. then its more of a duel rather than a random fight

Its your TV if you have a Plasma LED or LCD. Its called input lag and response time. Look through your tv options for a gaming mode to reduce this.

i end up panicing because his friends who died across the map just respawns behind where im fighting with his buddy who also died and shoots me in the back and kills me soon as they see me

Count your shots, just say “1,2,3,4,5” in your head as you shoot.

Don’t think about anything else.

Honestly? Cold shower.

When ever I’m playing like a cockroach I have a cold shower, come back fresh as a daisy and -Yoink- -Yoink- up.
