But europe is clearly stuck in a worse scenario. It seems, based on the info so far, that we won’t ever get to level up past 70.
Can anyone confirm this? Cause if so, I’ll probably sell my game. I need money in these harsh times.
The codes people have been getting are early access codes, I don’t know when the specialisations will be available in the EU but they will be released.

They will gradually release specializations to all players.
They will eventually be unlocked, no idea when that will be. I imagine it wont be until after Christmas as they will probably want to let the people who just got them now feel special for a while.

Don’t be jealous of America having the Specializations. It’s a bitter sweet now that I remember there’s a stupid EXP Cap.
im hoping December 10 with the maps. I got them on day 1 but all they are doing is running people off by offering them to everybody in America and yes I’m from America and I think it’s bs. I understand le getting them a little earlier cuz the extra money was paid. But all the se cost the same amount of money
Premium editions and pre-order bonuses should be just that: bonuses. They shouldn’t be systems that prevent people that don’t go for the upsell from a critical component of the multiplayer system. This is probably the worst implementation of an upsell “bonus” that I have ever seen in a game.
in europe (at least is the uk) me and some friends when and got our pre ordered games. (i was the only one who got the le) and we all got our codes. i do think its bs. i think they should have not give any one codes or “early access” and just unlock the ranks as time goes on. but other then that it is a good game 
also i heard somewhere on the forums that everyone will get access to the specializations when the community has reached “an unknown milestone” and ive been keeping up with the hydra thread and there was something about 1 million games? and i know that thread is supposed to be about section 3 but who knows, they could be connected! so if anyone can shed some light on that then that would be cool:)

I don’t know if or when we will be getting the specializations, but this whole ordeal has made me want to sell my xbox. It seems developers aren’t happy with the £40 for a new game, and have to add on bits and bobs at a few extra quid each, leaving you feeling like you’ve paid for half a game . And to leave Europe/Middle East/Africa 60 levels below the rest of the world with no proper explanation or reassurance that we will get these specializations later on is completely unfair. I urge all fans from the affected regions to speak up an have their voice heard, this can’t be swept under the rug, never before has a DLC deal made me so mad but this really takes the cake in terms of game-changing exclusive bonuses. I think this game is great, but I’m level 69 and am going to have to stretch this last level out until halo 5 is out - I haven’t played Halo 4 in a good few days, and if I play the Spartan Ops missions today that will make me hit the level cap. Frustrating and disappointing.
i really would like an explaination or atleast let us know if we’re ever going to get the spec for the rest of us they probably have thir reasons but i think everyone would like more information before we all start trading in halo4 which i cant believe im consiering it.

Just ‘gradually’ buy their map packs, spartan-ops DLC and future Halo games. If they don’t want a European player base to experience the same “integrity of the progression system” then they should expect to see a big hole in their sales charts for Europe.
It’s marketing dunces that have done this, so the only message they understand is a low return. Maybe they’ll get the message to not screw over whole continents at a time in future.

It’s kind of sad that gaming websites even in the UK don’t even comment on the level cap and just keep copy pasting all the press releases about the new map pack and updates.
