I thought it was goiing to be in the TU, but it wasnt. So i guess it will be with CEA? But if thats true can you only get it on CEA maps? Or will it be a option in the gametype options?
Anyone got any info on it??

It will be its own gametype, and that will be released along with CEA.
343 will release another special gametype like they did with No-bloom, and 85% bloom into matchmaking. That gametype will include the CE pistol as well as other tweaks to help make the gameplay more like Halo CE.
This gametype won’t be released until Anniversary is released and the matchmaking playlists for it go live.
You can use the magnum on any map, not just Anniversary maps b/c it comes with the gametype.
The CE Magnum will still use the Reach Magnum model, but more powerful. I wish they could alter the models in Reach for CEA, but they won’t because it would take longer, and they wouldn’t be able to meet deadline.
I do wish that they would take the CE Magnum model and the AR model and stick into Reach, but they won’t. And they can’t increase the ammo capacity either so

You cant replicate the awesomeness that was the CE pistol I would of prefered that they just copy and paste the CE weapons into Reach HCEA playlists. Idk maybe they cant, but Halo CE had so many cool and unique weapons replicating them is not going to be possible with Reach =(
