According to who? Microsoft has been pretty adamant at keeping the core Halo FPS on console.
Also forge for W10 is free, last I heard.

This might be a bit more up to date. Microsoft confirmed not all future titles will be coming to W10. I’m guessing they want to keep certain titles like Halo console exclusive.

You should read that link again. They intend to have all exclusives play anywhere, including Halo 6.
I just hope they keep people playing on PCs separate from console users. PC gamers are even way more likely to use cheats. It’s way easier to exploit games from a PC. They need to keep Halo console exclusive.
