when does the qualifier round officially end?

i played some spartan ops for the infinity challenge and was happy when i recently dropped to tier 2. but when the tourney started i had assumed it was a 3 week qualifier and then 2 weeks of the final part. so does anybody know when the qualifier is over so i can start playing again?

Qualifiers end at 11:59 PM EST on 1/10/13, so tomorrow night.

And finals start at 12:00 AM EST on 1/12/13.
