I was able to get XP again at 0000 EST, but then it stopped giving me XP a couple hours later without a notification. This whole system is -Yoinked!- up.
Whenever the you are able to see the new daily challenges.

How many hours/games/xp till you get to the xp limit?
See i think its midnight as i played till early morning today before the challenges reset and it ended up capping me this evening after about 2-3 hours play time which is a bit under what i usually do
It’s midnight regardless as to where you are. It runs off of your XBOX time.
I believe it resets 24 hours after you hit it.
I hope not, because I jumped on today and played 2 games of spartan ops. Then it told me I hit my daily XP limit.
The daily cap resets at 12:00 am, your time, every time.
Midnight central for me, twice in a row.
It resets at midnight when it’s a new day (your time zone)
Ugh, I’ve reached max cap three times already. Seriously, 343i, uncap it! I felt like I only get to play 3 hours time and it’s already reaching limit cap. XD And yeah, double XP does help us reaching cap pretty fast. Hopes 343i fixes this soon.
