When does the bulletin come out?

I’m just curious to see what questions they answer. Are 343 on PST like Bungie is? I just want to know if I should expect the bulletin within the next 20 minutes or at 3:00 (eastern).

Bulletin’s usually come out in about 8-9 hours.

The bulletin usually comes out at 9PM EST.
