Not sure about this being a big TU. As of last week, the “big ticket items” were:
Reduced the range of the Boltshot’s damage scaling over distance
Fixed an issue that did not allow players to create respawn timers or disable instant respawn in custom games
Fixed issues with friendly fire against vehicles
Adjust your expectations accordingly
It might be released at the same time as Majestic map pack(25Feb), but i could be wrong.

Am I only person that feels like 343i is operating a snailssss pace? Not tryna hate, but there’s sooo much that needs fixing/tweeking with this game, I just assumed if they had 4-8 weeks to work on this TU they couldve/shouldve fixed em all. Maybe its just me

Past Halo games took just as long, in some cased longer to get a big TU out.
Im so happy they will fix that issue with friendly killing with vehicles I hate being runover by accident or accidently hitting a teammate. I also hope they tone down the DMR’s power just a bit.

I’m sure they stated that there would be more fixes/changes and those were only some examples of what we are to expect from the TU.
It’s probably even mentioned in the bulletin.
This doesn’t apply directly to Halo 4 itself but the file browser is finally getting added onto Waypoint (I’m pretty sure that was stated, so forgive me if I’m wrong).
I made the mistake of thinking that these changes were made on Monday and getting my head blown off by the boltshot! I seriously can’t wait till that weapon is rendered useless.
Those were the three “big ticket” items in the upcoming TU. That implies there are more fixes, but less significant. Go read the bulletin if you think I misquoted it:
