The timeline of events as acounted for by Linda, states that the events of ‘First Strike’ happen between Alpha Halo and Onyx.
Meaning that ‘Ghosts of Onyx’ takes place after Alpha Halo.
Onyx is activated when Miranda Keys activates Delta Halo.

That sounds about right. I suppose I misread Halsey’s statement after she mentioned events correlating with something Chief did. I’ll have to go back on that.
