So, we got a teaser trailer for Halo Infinite, but it was more of a tech demo for the Slipspace Engine. We got some info on the blog post, which was awesome that they gave us some juicy content. Now, when do you think we’ll get the next piece of info; Gamescom, PAX, VGA, or later? If I had to guess, we’ll not be getting any real info for the next 6-9 months.
If it’s anything like previous Halo games then I doubt we’ll see anything till next years E3’s since normally we get a year where it’s just a teaser then 1 year till they actually show campaign trailer then it’s the usually Gamescom, etc…
Plus I think we might end up having Infinite ‘flights’ maybe later this year or early next year…depending on how well the MCC flights go.
Also I believe the way 343i have been talking makes me suspect we won’t see Halo Infinite release till around late 2019/2020.
Halo have always had a presence of some kind at Pax, we might get an interview or some more details on how the new engine works.

Yeah, I don’t think the game is releasing until 2020. I think it will release on Xbox One, PC, and also be the launch title for the next Xbox console.

Not sure about that, I kind of feel like the next Xbox is a long way off, technically graphic improvements are harder to come by…even on pc, hardware is becoming more expensive.
Also I doubt it’ll be on PC since feel like the main series will always stay mostly on console but I guess they might try porting half the game like what happened with Halo 5’s Forge.
I’m assuming this game is a ways out sadly. My guess would be they will change something in MCC to satisfy us for awhile and H:Infinite is at least a year if not longer out.

I doubt we’ll get any news until later this year, but I’m sure we’ll get something. I’d bank on a Fall 2019 release.
Also, for those of you debating it in this topic: Halo Infinite has been confirmed for Xbox One and Windows 10. It has also been confirmed to be a current gen only game for now.
I’d say we could expect to see more info in 2019 like maybe concept art and a campaign trailer at E3 2019.

I think Halo Infinite will only be on Xbox One and Windows 10 not the next Xbox. If I would have to guess, the next Xbox is coming in 2021.
I think there will be talks about a Beta and probably some leaks berween now and E3, but the only real info will be at the show floor next year. I imagine we’ll see a campaign trailer and a short demo, as well as a multiplayer beta announcement.
The last few months to a year leading up to the release date should have a steady flow of marketing.

im thinking a beta very end of the year or early next year im sure we will get like tidbits here and there before e3 next year
I thought so too before E3, but the fact that they didn’t announce that the game will release in 2019 is a good indication that the release date is either up in the air or very far away. Release will likely be in 2020.
If we get anything this year it would probably be shown at gamecom or pax but I don’t think we’ll get anything new until E3 2019 because Infinite is probably not releasing until then. If we get anything at gamescom or pax it might be an interview or something small.
