How often do Legendary xp boost packs cycle in? I don’t have much time to play Halo 5 and I want to know when I can buy these.
They rotate in and out within the UI of the game. Not sure of how often. However, they are always purchasable on the Microsoft store:

As far as I know, yes. At least they have been for months

Yes they are
Like each 2 or 3 months, since april they have only gone out twice.
