In halo reach when I play now, I see many people ninja, but a few years ago it was rare to find it. My question is who was the one to come up with the whole ninja thing and how did it get onto reach apart from I know it originated on halo 3?
I would like someone to tell me the history of the halo ninja thing if you would please, it has bugged me for some time now and Im dying for a answer.

Back in Halo 2, ninjaing was adopted as a MLG tactic to quickly dispatch a foe. It was extremely unpopular at the time, and it was only used scarcely in gameplay. So, it was very uncommon to find someone who knew how to do it. Over time however, it did escalate to become a bit more popular when Halo 3 came around. And then Reach came. Ninjaing is now kind of like a gameplay style, unlike a tactic. If you play reach in the multi team playlist you will most likely find at least one ninja in your game.
Who was the first to do it?
No one really knows, some people do believe that the first ninja was MBPSNESS, or, something like that. I apologize as I forgot the name, but it wasn’t true to begin with anyways. This guy started to ninja in Reach, not Halo 2.
I didn’t know this was even a big thing. I’ve done it from time to time, not too often though. But I have had other people do it to me. My favorite is when people try it but somehow you just expect it and back up yourself causing them to just land with their back turned.
Yeah. People have come up with a term for that. It’s called “denied” or “denial” It’s actually really big - and full of whiny 12 year-old tryhards begging to be in a montage
