When will we be able to replay missions in the campaign by themselves without having to redo the entire campaign from the first mission?

They just had to pivot on this the other day, I’m pretty sure they had no intention of implementing it until they started getting roasted. Best case, it comes with the co-op update penciled in for May. Worst case… its like splitscreen for PC, they’ll say they’ll look at it, then quietly shelve it later.
Is that for real? I’ve not yet paid the price for campaign as, based on previous debacles, I’m waiting to see how this new Halo pans out. I’d love to hear it’s the best game ever, as were the first three Halos, but then this on top of everything else?
You can’t go back through and chose to re-do missions, just like you can with every other game that has existed ever? The ability to do one mission of choice to have fun, experience some of our favourite moments, perhaps try to improve our score or time?
Not a chance am I parting company with cash for that. Halo is looking like it’s on its last legs, if indeed already dead. This is just another nail in the coffin.
I remember them saying that we definitely would be able to replay missions, so I think they have the feature planned but they weren’t ready to implement on Dec 8th.
And did you just say that Co-Op campaign is coming in May 2022???
Yes. Co-op was delayed until “season 2”, we’ve known that for a while. In late November, 343 announced that season 1 would be until May 2022
Edit: it is always possible they delay further, of course.
So then Forge ain’t coming out for a year?
