The flight is on hold at the moment as 343 are dealing with a late-game technical issue. No codes or emails providing access to builds are likely to be sent until decisions have been made and updates posted. The flight may or may not be pushed out, a delay is not confirmed until 343 provide updates. I booted up the previously installed infinite and was prompted to install a 14 gb update. Is that part of the process of the second flight?

potentially - sometimes the updates are wonky and you have to uninstall and reinstall the entire build.
my guess is there will be an additional update when the build goes live.

I think it is. When I finished the update and opened it up last night I was greeted by one of the new loading screens before the main menu.
That said, the Halo Insider is always open to a select few for closed testing, so it could have been an earlier test build than the one we are going to use, which means their could be another patch when it goes live.
