I just started playing Spartan Strike on Windows after completing Spartan Assault. So far I’ve completed 6 levels; in those 6 levels alone, my game has crashed 5 times, with 2 of those crashes resulting in all progress for that level being wiped (including assault ops progress). Words cannot describe how frustrating that is. This is unacceptable for a product that I paid money for. My game is crashing more frequently than MCC was in November 2014. And this game has been out for over four years. I looked it up and a ton of people are experiencing this problem. So when can we expect a patch?
Yep, I have had this problem also. It’s taken me weeks to work through the game because it’s so discouraging to lose all my progress repeatedly.
I think this is one of the things we have put on the unwritten list of assignments for 343i to work on once they launch Infinite and MCC for PC. Whether or not they get to fixing the game, rest assured that you can complete Spartan Strike despite the crashes.
