When are we going to have a x2 xp weekend?

I’ve been ranking up lately in Halo 4 and it would be nice to have a double xp weekend of some sort! What do you all think?

I think it’s pointless since so many people are already at 130, and they had the Double XP promotion. What do the thousands (just guessing here) of people who have already hit 130 get?
