Everything is connected and I claimed on Twitch but I can’t equip them?
Sounds like the answer to everything, but did you quit and restart Infinite? Mine showed up pretty instantly. Maybe try restarting the whole console? 
Likewise mine was instantaneous. You do need to relaunch the game if you hadn’t already though

Try doing a console restart. Infinite can be weird like that.
I looked on both xbox and PC and it still isn’t showing up
Haven’t checked for this tourney yet, but last time mine took a few weeks but eventually appeared in game. Just be patient and they will get there.
Have you checked your redeem history on Halowaypoint? If they aren’t there then they won’t show up in game even if they show as claimed on Twitch.
I got the vehicle stuff, but didn’t show up. I get them, but I linked my twitch-Halowaypoint account after that. That could effect to get the items? I claim them on twitch.
I see ppl with these Twitch drops…i make fun of them for watching these garbage pros play a broken game lol.
I got mine within a minute of claiming them.

If you don’t see the Twitch drops, you didn’t get them, and never will, because the redeem didn’t work. Happens to a lot of people. You’d have to make a new Twitch, relink, and watch 3 hours again

lol i didn’t get the charm, but I’m not surprised I didn’t get the drops from the Anaheim tournament, you’d think it be simple to unlock them but no
I am having the same issue myself. All my stuff is linked, all of the drops are showing in my Redemption History, and the game has been restarted numerous times. Yet none of the drops are showing in game.
I personally hope it’s just a delay.
