Usually there are on wednesdays but sometimes they are pushed back to thursday due to technical difficulties or for other reasons.

They come out on Wednesday around 7-9pm for me Central if everything goes well. If not Thursday at the latest.
Wednesday around 9-11 eastern time; sometimes it can be on Thursday.

First off, I have played this Game’s franchise for YEARS, and I’m not even 18 yet. I know Halo’s story like the back of my hand, and if you want to insult me and other Halo fans for liking to read Bulletins for fun, I can show you the back of my hand…up close and personal.
Second, your grammar is horrible, which means you know nothing about the english language, or anything about Reading and writing.
Third, you are nothing more than a parasite that wants to disrupt everyone’s want of having fun, we enjoy reading these bulletins because it keeps us uninterested. If you have a problem, Don’t read them.

There are at least 9 grammatical mistakes in your poorly written attempt at being the center of attention. And believe me, it was REALLY hard to type that sentence on your grammar level.
I believe the OP has his answer which, in this case, is typically on Wednesdays with the occasional push to Thursdays.
