Does anyone know what it actually does? It doesn’t seem to do anything when I use it. Except for the reduced EMP duration which is negligible anyways.

When used in a warthog as a gunner it allows you to fire the chaingun longer before it overheats and the bullet spread is smaller. It supposedly also allows you to “repair” the vehicle, basically from what I can tell the hog takes more damage than normal. And what you already stated. From what I can tell it is completely useless in any other vehicle.
Health is larger.

Warthog feels weightier, just wish the ammo boost was a bit more.
I thought the Gunner perk was Pathfinder?? or is that just turrets?
