Does the “Wheelman” Perk (gained from completing the “Operator” Specialization) offer any benefits in a matchmade game of Spartan Ops?
I know that in regular Matchmaking, it offers better vehicular duribility as well as immunity to overcharged plasma pistols. Do these same benefits apply to Spartan Ops?
I’ve been trying it for a while now in Spartan Ops, but it seems to me that the benefits do not apply. If this Specialization Perk doesn’t work in Spartan Ops, are there others that do/don’t?
If any 343 Staff come across this post, would it be possible for 343 to provide an official list of Specialization Perks that don’t work in Spartan Ops?
Does anyone even know that answer to this? I’ve searched for answers elsewhere, but my search has turned up nothing.
Also, has anyone else noticed how the developers recycled the Same Names for multiple parts of the game? Like: Spartan OPS | the OPERATOR specialization | the WHEELMAN perk | the WHEELMAN medal | the WHEELMAN accommodation, etc.
im pretty sure it does, its been quite a while since i played sp ops. but its kind of a waste. in mp people know to whip out the pp and emp you, the sp ops ai dont do it a whole lot.
It works only for the harder difficulties because only on legendary and maybe heroic will you be plasma’d. On the easier difficulties it does nothing and it’s really unnecessary. Hope this helps.
