No Vulture , Locust, or Cobra?

Forgive me, I’m not familiar with Halo Wars.

Here you go:

Vulture: (For Halo 4, they could balance this by weakening its missiles, similar to the Rocket Hog, limiting the range of all its weapons, and making it slow, but able to take lots of damage)
http://www.halopedian.com/Vulture

Cobra: This could easily be balanced by making it far slower than a Warthog, and able to take more damage than a Hog, but less than a tank. It has to go into a sort of lockdown mode before its turret can be used, and its turret would be meant for taking out vehicles.

Locust (my favorite): Basically a small, single-occupant Scarab, it possesses a beam weapon similar to the Focus Rifle, and a domed energy shield (in Halo 4, the body of it could be weak, and the shield would disappear when its weapon is fired, meaning that it would be easy to take down if it’s busy firing at someone)

Hope that clears things up.

Thanks. Imagine driving a Locust! It would be extremely useful for one-sided Objective gametypes.

Right, a Locust could be used for a push on an objective, with teammates hiding behind (or possibly inside) its shield, or for defense, where it would give long-range suppressive fire. I think the Cobra could either function as an APC, able to carry 2 players inside (where they couldn’t be hit by enemy fire), or as a sort of mobile turret, useful for locking down areas in big-team gametypes like CTF and Territories. The Vulture, of course, would be pretty overpowered unless it were placed in a map that resembles Headlong: little to no cover for aerial vehicles, but a ton of cover available for anyone that wants to bring them down.
