Hello lads and lassies, as the title entails, what’s your favourite?
I know most of us haven’t unlocked all the assassinations, or even most of them for that matter. So I have linked a video made by the Booze Bros Gaming, showcasing most of the assassinations here.
Let me start, I’m particularly fond of the lawn dart assassination. It’s just satisfying turning a person upside down and ramming their entire body to the ground and hearing their neck break upon impact. Morbid, eh sure.
I’ve been loving Spinal Tap! Just sweeping the Spartan off the ground and then ramming them into the ground with a knife in there back. I sort of like Emiles Regards aswell, the only issue i have with it is the fact is sort of similar to the default one.
Backbreaker. It just screams owned.
my first and only one so far is “And Stay Down”
it may be uncommon rarity but to me it is a message to the player i am assassinating
“you are gonna look at me and see who did this, now its lights out punk!”
Well my gripe with the assassinations is that they go way to fast to enjoy them properly. Obviously there is a good reason as to why.

Thats another reason why i like Spinal Tap, it doesn’t seem as fast as the others. Made a video awhile back when i got my first assassination with it after unlocking it.

the assassination is an homage to the last elite he killed
epic goosebumps ftw every time
Reach was by far the most poetic Halo game ever made
it made you feel feels you never felt
fighting a losing battle but still feeling like you are going to win…

go into a custom game with friends and lower the assassination speed to 10%
you will not be disappointed
why couldn’t destiny have assassinations. woulda been near perfect

Because of the situation he was in when that happened (a sword through the chest) i know it cannot be 100% the exact same. But the assassination just doesn’t seem the same.

What it should of been- Spin the spartan around so they’re facing you (Emile spins around before he kills the Elite, it can be based on that)
I used Emile’s Regard alot when i unlocked it because of it being a Mythic Ultra Rare assassination, BUT because of how different it is to his kill on the elite, it put me off using it and now i just stick with Spinal Tap.

I only have two at the moment, excluding the default one, I have “It takes guts” and the “over the top” one. I really love it’s description, “Now that’s just uncalled for.”

All jokes aside we have a playlist that gets updated when new assassinatons come out.
