I’ve been trying to improve in my multiplayer matches & I find I’m insanely drawn to the energy sword & pistol, any tips on how to make the most use of it?
Also, what are some of your favorite weapons or loadouts & How do you use them effectively?
Plasma Pistol / DMR / Plasma Grenades
Good for:
> Killing elites in campaign
- PP the elite
- Shoot him in the head
> Killing enemies in MM
- PP the enemy
- Shoot the enemy in the head
> Destroying vehicles
- PP the vehicle
- Plasma grenade it
This is one of my classic combos. Hope this helps! 
NachoMan I personally like the PP blast followed immediately by a pummel. =D
I’m personally fond of the Rocket/Sniper loadout myself. You have a long range weapon plus a close range OHKO weapon in case someone sneaks up on you. I went 21-0 the other day just with those two weapons.
I play Rumble Pit a lot, and when I do I typically go for one of the power weapons on the map; my favorites being the Shotgun and Energy Sword, but I’ll take a Rocket Launcher if I can get it.
I only take one (whichever is more effective), as it’s pretty impractical (and if you ask me, unsporting) to pick up two power weapons at once. So I back 'em up with something more reliable all-around, like the DMR or the Needle Rifle, or just the Assault Rifle or Magnum if neither of those are available at the moment.
My other favorite playlist is Big Team Battle, and that’s all about the vehicles, more often than not. The Scorpion is easily the most powerful (and the most fun), so I grab that whenever I can; otherwise I take the Wraith, the turrets on the Gauss 'Hog or Falcon (if I can get a driver), or the Banshee; whatever is available, really. On foot, I just try to hold out with the DMR while keeping an eye out for Splasers and Rockets until a new ride shows up.
