The combination of bandanna, grunt funeral, grunt birthday party and boom makes for the most amusing campaign run-throughs.
Gotta go with Grunt Birthday Party…the yay and confetti is awesome…not to mention it kills some grunts that are close to the one you shoot (ammo savers) lol

Halo 2’s Sputnik skull. For those of you who never got it, Sputnik acted a-lot like the Boom school by making explosions more powerful so grenade jumping ended up being a lot easier. The greatest thing to do with the Sputnik Skull was to have the Grunt Birthday Skull active as well. The Grunt Birthday Skull acted like the Grunt Funeral Skull does in Halo Anniversary in which by shooting a Grunt in the head they’d explode like a plasma grenade. Then play the level Outskirts and get headshots on Grunts. When the Grunts exploded they’d fly up 50 feet into the air.

Original halo 2 Grunt Birthday Party. All head shots turn into plasma grenade explosions! So upset that the skull no longer works that way in halo 2 anniversary.
