What's your favorite campaign mission?

I’d like to know what’s your favorite campaign mission in H4.

the campaign for halo 4 was ok at its very best. i hated the new enemies and weapons cuz they simply are not that fun. no memorable levels for me at all. im a campaign player mostly so you can imagine my letdown and disappointment after all the other halos.

i guess ill go with whatever level has the most covies. the new enemies are just bullet sponges who teleport away from you as soon as their shield is low. cheap, uninteresting, boring.

While ZombieFrogHorde brings up a lot of good points, I find Dawn, Requiem, Forerunner, Infinity, and Composer to be engaging.

Dawn: pretty good for the first level in the game, getting out of it has to be my favorite pastime
Requiem: depth of combat is superb, Requiem is essentially H4’s glitch paradise, surpassing Reclaimer
Forerunner: one hell of a level to speedrun, love the skips
Infinity: one hell of a level to speedrun, love the skips and depth of combat
Composer: one hell of a level to speedrun, love the soft wall glitches and skips

Either Reclaimer or Composer. Had the most fun in those two.

The one where I tea-bagged my dead enemies.

Oh wait, that was all of them…

OT, my favorite was Composer, fast paced CQC and no Prometheans.

Awesome.

All of them, best campaign next to ODST imo, but I’d say Forerunner mainly because it introduces the Didact to the games, the Promethean encounter would of been much better if they never mentioned them, Midnight was close, Composer and Dawn felt sort of like a traditional Halo mission which I didn’t particularly want, Requiem was pretty good, it gives you that sense of mystery, Reclaimer is interesting, I played it without picking up an armour ability for some reason, Infinity was cool because you got to go into the Infinity, and the idea of rounding up marines is great, wish there would of been more interaction with the SPARTAN-IVs, and Shutdown is awesome, you get to fly a pelican

> Infinity: one hell of a level to speedrun, love the skips and depth of combat

Don’t give us that jazz Ghost, I asked you to help me with the infinity Easter Egg and you refused because you hated the first part of the mission so much!

I’d say Composer.

With the extreme abundance of Pseudo Terminals and other Conspiracies, it may very well be one of the best in the franchise.

But I will admit that parts of it were indeed lacking.

Composer. I would have this mission as one of my favorite in the franchise if it had some flanking routes like Pillar of Autumn in CE.

I love the mission Infinity, very vehicle oriented and fun to play. It was also the least annoying of the others besides Dawn.

Infinity.
Love the jungle.

That was before I found out I could skip 90% of the enemies. I also refused because I had an incoming Co-op session, which is why I was also unable to help with the Shutdown grav hammers.

When I think of my favorite missions in Campaign, half of them pop into mind.

Dawn - Reminiscent of Halo CE and Halo 2, defending you’re ship from Covie boarders. Also quite a good way to start up the story IMO.
Requiem - A good mix of combat and a few bits of history stored at the start. In my first play-through, I remember stopping at the first canyon (right before the Warthogs) and admiring the scenery.
Reclaimer - Something about rolling along with the Mammoth just felt awesome, along with infiltrating the Forerunner building.
Midnight - Flying the Broadsword felt awesome, like the trench-run from SW A New Hope. After that, some fast-paced combat in close quarters.

Out of all of those, I would have to say Midnight is my favorite, but the others are awesome as well.

I have to go with Composer. Reminds me of Pillar of Autumn where the ship/lab is being raided by Covies. TBH, i love levels like that. Makes it intense.

Composer for overall level.

The Broadsword trench run for best single part though.

Midnight.
Not because of the level, but because of the final battle.
And that only because of the music.

Yup I’m going with Midnight too. The final part with shutting down the shields looks amazing, and Arrival playing in the background was a nice overall touch.

I really like dawn cos if fills like other first level halo games.i also like infinity cos of greenery plus the combat is mental.

none they are all bad. That is my opinion though. But if I had to choose it would be midnight.
