For me its just the armor i dont really care for the helmet that much but what are your opinions

I like the helmet.
I’m not a fan of the armour, I dislike the upper leg armour and the shoulders.

Yeah is def something to get used to i guess it is something diff than the frankenstein armor 343 tends to throw together

Um, Spartans were Greek. The ACHILLES helm resembles the Corinthian-style helmet used by Greek hoplites. Roman centurions used a galea, which took minor inspiration from Greek-style helmets but had some major differences.
There was a Italian version of the Corinthian helm that was used by Romans up to 1st century AD, but it had some design differences from the original.

It’s kind of funny how the Legionnaire helmet is named specifically after Roman soldiers, yet the helmet itself is clearly also Hoplite based.
Talk about 343 not doing any research.
The Achilles armor goes well with any good helmet, just like potatoes on any kind of dish.
i hate the look of it
My favorite part of it is how hideous it is so I have no urge to obtain it.

They must have done some research, as the War master variants are named after a Roman general and 2 emperors.
War Master Tiberian (Roman Emperor)
War Master Augustus (Roman Emperor)
War Master Scipio (Roman general)

Thanks I’ll give it a shot. I nevery liked swat much so it’ll definately be a grind
I know its not everyone’s cup of tea, but I love that armour and helmet. I am currently working towards the helmet. Can’t wait to get it
