Me and my pals were playing a custom infection map and one of our teammates was an Infected form but an ally. So I have him to watch over the teleporter so that we’ll last long, but I forgot was that friendly fire was on and guess what happen…he killed me and I got infected…good job Caboose (nicknames for team killers).
on reach some -Yoink- tried to ran me over and i used my armor lock but it was a teammate…

I did that on a teammate ,my higher up on accident, crossmap, while he was jumping, at an organized event for a community, in the back of the head, because I hit my trigger finger on a table(or dropped my controller I can’t remember which)

You have my condolences.
During a match of warlords I was about to get boarded while driving a ghost so I boosted. I accendently ran over my teammate, got boarded anyway, and lost the armory we were defending
So I saw an enemy on Truth near the grav-lift area and started to pursuit him. He thrusted behind between two walls. Two seconds later I toss a plasma nade there, against the wall facing me, hoping to bounce it into his area and kill him. So, I assumed he was camping there at that spot, but apparently not, so my nade was never gonna have killed anyone… well, not any enemies at least.
Right at that moment my teammate jumps down from the ramp above and lands right smack into the area I thought the enemy guy was. My plasma nade bounced off the wall and STUCK him

In warzone once i was driving a scout hog. I almost splattered 2 enemies, but missed them and instead ran over 5 of my own teamates

brand new spnkr prime, since it give you a speed boost I jumped too high and ended up shooting at the wall, killing myself… I never saw that spnkr prime again…
