I got a collateral and killed a teammate and an enemy for en exterm. But that was in Reach
I accidentally no scoped a teammate when I saw a dude running away near me, my teammate jumped down out of nowhere and…shot him in the head, I have it recorded.
Sometimes these accidents benefit opponents.

Accidentally killing a couple marines at the beginning of crows and having the whole base turn on you is a pretty good whoopsie moment

Unfortunately I don’t have a clip, but back when Empire had a Plasma Caster I aimed up through one of the cracks on either side of Turbine, on Red side, from the center of the map… shot a couple shots up and off the surface to bounce it around Turbine into Open Center, trying to maybe catch some fresh spawners, but instead a teammate was over there!
Betrayal… really wish I had clipped it.
I was playing Grifball, and I was about to get a Killtacular. I just needed one more kill, so I was chasing down the Grif for an epic kill. Right as I was swinging my hammer, two of my teammates popped right in front of me, and I accidentally killed them both. Then I got kicked from the game. WHOOPS!
I was taking a rocket warthog down to the battle and slammed into some enemy players, which got me a triple kill. Then, two players fill up the rest of the warthog, so I keep driving with all of us gaining a lot of points. Finally, I drove off a cliff.
I groundpounded into an enemy, to which MR Teammate assasinates my kill, he went flying off the map (Stormbreak), to whitch i turn around to see another teamate, (Possibly his friend) ram into me with a wraith, my body then glitched under the map and the guy took my Nornfang,

Killing a teammate with a shotgun because he evaded in front of me when I shot then a few moments later the wraith we were trying to spawn in invasion slayer fell on top of me killing me and sending me flying.
Spawning a Hannibal scorpion and immediately getting boarded
After we won a tough legendary Warzone match, out of pure excitement i boosted down with the Banshee and two teammates got in front of me. Whoops lol
