What's wrong with the REQ system?

I feel cheated with gold req packs. They’re suppose to be the best but recently the ones I’ve opened I feel cheated from all that hard work. I don’t get what I feel I should, it’s random (obviously) but I feel I should have gotten a new visor by now.

And I felt I should have gotten a shiny Charizard card back in the 90s, guess we’ll both have to be disappointed.

I am so tired of getting mongooses and needlers, at least we can sell them!

10000 points aint that much. You are gonna be able to get serveral gold reqs. Personally i like that its Hard to get the ultra rare legenderys etc, cuz thats the way it should be. The more fun when you finally get one

A friend had the same issue. One thing we tried and it worked:

Go to Games and Apps.
With the cursor over Halo 5, press Start.
Choose Manage Game.
Install the Promotional REQ Pack.
Restart the console.
Start the game.
Go to Spartan Hub (press Start).
Click Requisition, then Open Packs.
Go to Customization and get your pre-order items

This. They’re waaaaaaaaaaay too common, even for Common items. They should not be cropping up this much in Silver and Gold packs. Bronze, I can understand. But Silver and Gold? Come on; I just want my Warthogs and things finally… I’ve got mongeese enough to last me until Halo 7 here!
