I have been playing Halo 4 since the day it came out with little to no problems with the matchmaking until today. Today I was playing and after I got out of a game, I couldn’t start another one. I pressed the X button to look at the roster and it says my account is level SR1 and nothing is loaded. This has now fixed itself and it now shows all my correct information. However I still cannot play matchmaking because when I click on “Find Game” under War Games, the matchmaking playlists are stripped down to just 6 playlists and under it I have a warning message saying “The Halo 4 servers are not available. Please try again later. Matchmaking has switched to using the default playlist.” And I know it is not only me because my friend who I was playing with the whole time is still playing perfectly fine and I called Xbox LIVE customer support and they said they had multiple accounts of the same problem. WTF???
