It happens especially on East US 2 for me but I’ve been skipping around and shooting enemies that teleport pretty much everyday for a little bit, sometimes I throw double grenades almost every time. . There has to be something 343 is doing, whatever it is it’s not helping!!! 
Also why is East US 2 so popular? I’ve matched the same 2 people in doubles with someone else fro the west and they got east coast 2 for 5 games.

Imagine been from Australia and been forced to play a median of 190ms. If the OP is lagging on a local East US 2 server it’s ISP related as the servers have plenty of connectivity and bandwidth available to them.
