I looked today and there is another daily challenge that involves Regicide. And on top of that, both of the weekly challenges are Regicide. Why is Regicide coming up so much? i haven’t seen a daily challenge for all other game types and this is at least the second daily challenge I’ve seen for Regicide. I Think the formula to pick the daily challenges needs tweaking.
Also, isn’t it basically impossible to get 18 regicides in 1 game? Or at least doesn’t it force you to sandbag for part of the game to remain a regular play and not the king?

IDK… my buddy plays regicide a lot (he isn’t a fan of playing team slayer with randoms) and hasn’t received it… he’s not really a scrub either so… idk. I’ll try today.

Wrong. I got 47 regicides yesterday and 24 the day before, but haven’t gotten the challenge. Still the most I’ve had in a match was 9, so can’t even get the dailies when they pop up.
18 regicides in one game is too much in my opinion. My record is 10 regicides, sadly not to day, when it’s the challenge.
Either way, 18*15=270 points, so you’ll have 30 points to spare. To get the challenge you have to go for all the regicide kills you can, while ignoring any other kills, just in case that the king kill bonus goes up, and avoid any form of assists. Too difficult to be honest, and it requires too much luck, I say pass on this one.
There is something wrong with the 18 regicides in one match. I got the challenge but I have never gotten more than 10 in a single match. Sometimes the count carries over to the next game but other times it didn’t. It’s a buggy one at best.
As for challenges involving other game modes, there were two for CTF games and one for KoH.

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday while playing SWAT for the multikill challenge (get 5 multikills in 1 match.)
I got 3 in one, then when I got my 2nd in the very next match it gave me the challenge. Pretty confusing… Their challenge system seems a little broken.
all the challenges are for regicide in order to get the community to play their game type. Because without incentive most of the community won’t play regicide because its a flawed FFA concept. Why must the leader be visible to everyone, why must the person with the most kills have a decent chance at losing the match, why don’t the top 2 or 3 get credit for a victory?
