I encounter this very often… say for example, someone in the Match is named “LadyFaga” (let’s say SR60) then next to it is another “LadyFaga(1)” with (1) in the name and with a level 1 armor…
When you try to view it’s player record and other stuff, all you see is “Mute”.
What’s up with that?

It’s a guest of the higher SR player.
it’s a guest. guest accounts don’t have a service record.
Probably over thought it haha
