Okay so for the second time I’ve gotten a ban on Halo 5 multiplayer due to inconsistent network connection. Or at least I think that’s why… You see, the problem is that there is no indication saying what I just got banned for. The last game I played before I got my current ban was me playing very well, with a better than usual connection. Then all of the sudden I get kicked out and all the information I’m given is that “at least one in your fireteam is banned” and I was playing alone. Did someone falsely report me for hacking/exploiting? There is (to my knowledge) no way of knowing. Neither do I know if the ban is permanent, or only for a few hours, or what I should do about it.
Thanks for the attention! -Trulstei

You have a lot of dnf’s in your history, the banhammer has a long memory. If your connection is dropping out doesn’t matter, xbl terms of service expects you to have good internet.
