Hello.
I don’t know about you, but these new greens just aren’t the same as the actual Halo 5 colors. They might match previous Halo games, but I know that in H4 there were two kinds of green (warmer and cooler) and previously on Waypoint there had been only one, white based and not very good, green zone to choose from. Now we only have one zone, with 5 shades, none of which seem to be even close to Halo 5.
I would just like to know the reasoning and plans for this, as it really does not match my ingame Spartan at all.

Well we all wanted more colors for a while and they said a while ago they are adding more colors, and I love these colors over the old ones
I am glad they grew the color tree from 32 to 60 colors. I am going to get my Dark Purple back. Another wish granted. The original had 5 shades of pink and 1 Lavender.

Crap I spoke too soon. The darkest Purple still has an S-ton of Pink in it.
The way Halo 5’s spartans appear on waypoint are wonky and they look way too bright and like plastic.

Yep, the purples have to much red. They need a more blue-purple. Also, I’m pissed all my green-blues are gone, when I logged in I was pink instead of teal. :\
I completely love and support the actual Halo 5 color update, but the Waypoint model colors are pretty bad and limited.

Somebody doesn’t play FFA. Firefight will also have your individuality showcased as well.
Wow…colors huh. That was a big wanting for every player? Geez. Only time you see them colors is FFA, but most of us play Warzone or team based gameplays…so its either Red or Blue you see.
I’m so happy they added extra shades of each color. Not just for ID but for armor too. The old palette felt restrictive cause the colors were either too bright or really muddy, there was no in between. Black just looked like slightly dark grey. I can finally have my favorite colors on. Jet black and lime green! squee

they promised ‘‘True’’ colors and we don’t even get the standard blue/ red and i like having a good lockin spartan in FFA, and my profile picture here on Waypoint
i’m not complaining about the colors we got i’m complaining that we dident get the ‘‘true’’(they promised true colors) /standard MP colors witch every halo have had exept halo 5

I’m talking specifically about Waypoint.
They removed Teal… added orange.

The colors are very bright, not my favorite but they added new color choices. But waypoint image of the colors does not match in the game. The dark purple looks sorta purple on here but in-game I see a magenta or very bright purple color.
I like to know why colors was such a “Big” thing that was even required. It does nothing to us or make us look better. 98% of the time…You are either Blue or Red.
At least the black looks black instead of just dark gray.
I’m upset that the old colors are gone, I understand lots of people wanted more variety but I was fine with the colors I had. And now with the new update, the armor I wear security oppressor looks pink when I’m on red team, haven’t played blue so idk if that’s an issue there. But seeing as how I rarely play FFA, I’m gonna be dealing with my new half-pink, half red Spartan for 95% of the time until Warzone firefight comes out, and even then it will still be a problem. I don’t like presenting with pink color and I’ve avoided all armors that give a white color pattern when on blue or red team specifically because I like a solid color throughout, the only exception is security oppressor which has a cool green pattern, but it’s not intrusive or distracting. But with the new colors, for some reason he arms of my Spartan look pink or salmon, and the arms are what I see the most of! It’s incredibly distracting and I hope it doesn’t stay this way. I used to be pretty fly with my green pattern on either blue or red teams, but now I just look like some pink -Yoink-. Please fix 343, there has to be a way to get my armor color pattern back the way it was
