whats up with the HELIOSKRILL ARMOR not unlocking?

So after finally getting the “Legend” achievement (Halo: The Master Chief Collection Complete all campaigns on Legendary difficulty)

which by the way was really annoying because I had to repeat many missions in order to get their achievements. The HELIOSKRILL ARMOR was not unlocked for me. I been reading of people having the same problem for months. Isn’t time for this to get fixed??. One of the only cool armors we can unlock without REQ packs and its bugged. I feel insulted by this, spending so many hours to get something and then nothing happens.

Or is there something that I have to do to get it?

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND IM STEAMED ABOUT THIS, now that i got all that caps lock stuff down, i have the achievements, and a migraine to add it all up. if you hear anything or it pops up for you pleas help me out, is there a direct way to get customer support on this issue because this is -Yoink-
