Played slayer 4 times in a row! What;s up with that?

Would be nice if they could just look at the last 5 games for a player or something like that and decide what they should play next to give that variety. Would hurt matchmaking times obviously, interfere with what little matching people by rank, and can’t do it with a dwindling population.
WHY CANT WE BE ABLE SELECT THE GAME MODES WE WANT TO PLAY LIKE WE COULD IN HALO MCC!! 
I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC

I really dont care to play Slayer. Slayer is a my least game mode to play.
I like CTF, Stockpile, Strongholds, and Total Control 100000000% better than Slayer!
