What's Up with My Forum Rank?

I noticed on my profile page that I am a Recruit Bronze and it requires 25 posts to rank up to Recruit Silver. However, when I looked at how to unlock Recruit Silver in the Recruit Rank section, and it requires 10 posts instead of 25.

I have more than 10 posts, so why am I not Recruit Silver? Did the ranking system change or is this a glitch? I really would like an answer.

There was a change to the way ranks and daily post limits work a few months ago, due to high volumes of spam hitting the forums. Silver seems to not exist at the moment, I have already reported it.

I noticed the same thing yesterday, so I’m just assuming that it’s still being worked on. Also, it says that the daily post limit is 100, but now it only allows me 5. Is this just a permanent change, and I’ll have to hit Marine-Iron before it changes?

EDIT: I just ranked up to Recruit Gold, and I can post more than 5 times now. My apologies for any inconvenience!
