What's up with moderators behavior on here?

I have never ever stumbled across such a disgraceful forum like this forum.
Every other thread gets locked on here for no good reason!!

Let me give you guys’ two brilliant examples…

Here’s a thread

And here’s a thread about the same topic

As for the first link, I have no clue why he locked that thread. It was a great thread. And he didn’t even say why he locked it. He just said “no you’re wrong and here’s why” in my eyes… and then he locked the thread to -blam- on everyone thinking otherwise.

As for the second link, it got locked because there’s already so many threads discussing that topic already. I looked through the most recent 7 pages and I couldn’t find any threads about it.
And he couldn’t have posted in that other thread I linked ether because it’s locked.
And posing in some thread on page 15 or whatever would probably just make sure that post got locked as well due to necroposting.

Please sort your mess out moderators, this is a forum!

On forums you are supposed to voice and discuss but no! Not in the Halo 4 forums! Here you may only say good things about Halo 4. Clearly you may not voice your concerns for the game that you love the most and give constructive feedback. No your thread is going to get locked because it already has been discussed! Pathetic! Absolutely disgraceful!

At least on Blizzards forum (blizzard is a company full of crap in all other aspects) the moderators link you to the thread that’s already discussing the topic before locking it!
Here the moderators just throw out locks as they please and on top of that leave with the final say about the topic as if their words are some sort of absolute truth.
You can’t even comment on what they said and say something like “well that’s not true at all, you can easily avoid that and here’s my suggestion” or what not!

And I feel very insulted for this. I feel very bad for not being able to express myself without having to worry about these reckless moderators.

I hope you feel very proud of yourself if you lock this thread… and you’re going to insult me deeply…

Let the community discuss for once, even if they just say that they agree or disagree because it support the thread.
And I’ll be -Yoink!- if this is getting locked because there already exist a thread regarding this topic.

EDIT: my bad OP i thought you were talking about the fourmfielders themselves, but i see no problem with the moderators, if anything im glad they dont let much slide. Back to the subject on battlelog, the moderators on battlelog hardly EVER do their jobs. So many troll forums and attacks it’s unbarable. :stuck_out_tongue:

Not for being a duplicate of anything else.

I highly suggest everyone review those rules now if you haven’t done so in a while. We are WELL aware that this is a forum, thank you. However these are 343’s forums and as such, 343 sets the rules that we as moderators enforce. If you don’t like the rules that’s fine, no one is forcing you to stay here and post. There are plenty of other forums on the internet where you can post.
