What particular part? I heard different tracks throughout the video.

I honestly don’t know. Doesn’t sound like it’s from the official Halo 4 OST, at least. Might have been a bit of unreleased music one of the composers was using to experiment or something from a different project entirely.

Assuming you’re referring to that specific part of the video that the link goes to, I’ve never heard that song in game and it’s not in the officially released soundtrack.
