I was reading some older topics to catch up on info and people keep mentioning a “Season Pass” or a “War Games Pass” what does it mean?

You buy a “ticket” in front of the release of the DLC, get some discount and some extra armor stuff with it, + 3 codes to download the DLC when it comes out.
Kind of like the Forza 4 Season Pass where you paid 30 euros, and got 7(?) DLC packs for that discounted prize.
Give 343 money for the three upcoming map packs for Halo 4. If you buy it you get extra digital content in-game, oddly it’s included in the Halo 4 Limited Edition but with out the exclusive in-game content, -Yoinking!- stupid. Still though if your going to buy the map packs anyway buy the season pass because it works out cheaper.
The season pass is basicly that you pay for all the future map packs in one purchase at a small discount than bying them seperatly, most other games have done this. The reason it’s popping up is because you get it with the LE, but you get extra helmets if you buy it on the marketplace. Hope that helped

You buy this “Ticket” In Front of the release of the DLC?
Where do you Buy this Ticket?
It means where you’d pay for the pass and that pass would be a discount of the total cost of all maps if you didn’t get the pass, if you know what I mean?
The only difference is: The stand-alone pass gives you two helmets and full bonus content. The pass that comes with LE gives you full bonus content, but doesn’t give you two helmets.
I don’t see what the fuss is about there, it’s only two helmets.
You also pay for it on the Marketplace or in-game Marketplace IF you didn’t get LE.

The ticket is the season pass, and you have two ways of getting it, the limited edition, and the stand alone season pass.
The stand alone season pass can be picked up from Microsoft.
