If they end up resetting it every month or so? I mean I haven’t had the highest ranking (Highest I ever got to was Platinum, although I still consider myself a good player) but I bet it has to suck for other people who get Onyx and Diamond ranking, the top rankings. I mean does your rankings still be kept on file or something? I just got reset from all my rankings from all the playlists, and back to unranked on all of them. I mean it does kind of suck when 343 resets your rankings, no?

I mean it doesn’t matter too much. You still have like this “background ranking” so to speak and when the ranks reset and you go to do your placement matches, you’re going to be put against other players around your rank. It doesn’t suck that much. For most Onyx players, we can get it back in a few hours or so if we don’t get put in that division right away anyway.
My only gripe with the ranks is that they shouldn’t be every month. Like every other month or three months if anything. I hardly consider a “season” a single month.
I guess to say how good you are at that month.

No it doesn’t. That way every month I have something to play for.

yeah, i much prefer these monthly resets. makes me play arena for a few weeks every month before going back on my warzone RP grind.
So that players don’t stall out
I see the benefits, but it’s getting to where the first two weeks of the month you get a 16-2 guy, a 2-16 guy, and one quitter. I’m tired of placement matches. I have wound up in the same spot at the end of each season so far anyway, and get tired of either getting wrecked by an unranked person or being dragged down by an unranked person. The way it is you might get 1 or 2 weeks a month of playing with people near your skill level. Just let me be Gold and leave me alone haha.
