Serious talk now… What is the point of getting ranked if you are just going to get ranked with players that aren’t for one even ranked yet or aren’t even close in ranking. I was just platinum two and I just played 3 games of swat and in all three games I played with fresh nooby players who had no idea what they were doing and those who were ranked weren’t even platinum or golds. There was one gold 1 player and one plat 1 player. All the rest where unranked. Whats the point of having ranks if matchmaking isnt going to be based around it? Why is movement within ranks based on just wins and loses? Why isn’t it based on performance in game? Such as your team loses but you play really well so you only loose 5% rank instead of the normal 20% or 25%. Its not even worth jumping into a solo queue if you aren’t going to get decent team mates.
Yep it doesn’t make sense, or even work for that matter, the wins and losses system works but only if people are matched with others within their skill, which is not the case, you can see how well it worked within halo 3 after reaching level 40, you’d be matched with others who were good enough to get to 40+ and against others who were also good enough, meaning you didn’t have noobs on your team and there werent noobs on the other team
The Ranking system is trash, wish they’d bring back the halo 3 style ranking or Reach.
Halo 3 ranking system is the best.
