I mean like seriously no point being in them because people can just spawn the op weapons like the spartan laser or the cannon or people can just spawn with the plasma pistol and its really annoying that vehicles aren’t that good anymore
Don’ say play with a team because theirs no way you can stop someone spawning with a op weapon…

We do like them and we want to use them, however in the present state this game is in we cant.

I can ask you the same thing.
I have never gotten a HE Power weapon, well only the Incen cannon one time but I usually get Sniper Rifles or SAWs
Low tier Power weapons are what I usually get. It is probably with everyone. If people didn’t use the Hog like a splatter vehicle and they had a good gunner they might last longer.
Then why don’t you learn to drive properly? Good drivers are able to dodge plasma shots.
Unless you’re one of those “Rambo Drivers” that grabs a vehicle, and rushes towards the enemy base. What, are you expecting them to run for their lives while you drive over them?

Plasma grenades + Plasma Pistol
letting people spawn with these guarantees that a warthog lasts no longer than 10 seconds once someone gets in one
good driver or not, Plasma will still get you
good gunner or not, you still can’t kill them in time
good of both or not, they’ll out number you, and either way, reduce the effectiveness of the vehicle MAGNIFICENTLY,as you can’t go REMOTELY close to anyone without getting EMP’d, then stuck twice
I insist, most of the people who complain about the vehicles in Halo 4 always grab a Warthog or Ghost and rush towards the enemy base expecting little to no opposition.

How else are we supposed to get a free double/triple kill without vehicles?
I miss my vehicle fun.
Vehicles’ primary use is cannon fodder. While the enemy team is rushing toward your hog for the free double kill,have your team DMR them from across the map as the enemy unleashes all of their PP overcharge shots.
Vehicles in this game simply can’t kill anything on their own.
It doesn’t matter if your driving in the enemy spawn middle area or your spawn you will die…

It is a problem when an entire enemy team can spawn with pp’s and plasmas. I like to consider myself a good driver when it comes to the hog/ghost, but damn its impossible when the entire enemy team can have weapons that can stop you right off of spawn.

I can dodge a single plasma shot. It’s dodging 8 plasma shots and 16 sticky grenades with my full portrait in the motion tracker that gets a little tricky.

Yeah those PP shots can get excesive. Me and me roommate use the warthog all the time and never have this problem though. He keeps his distance from players and (depending on the vehicle) I pace my shots to keep them more accurate. Works like a charm.
Also, if you play with friends and are driving anything, ALWAYS have a Ghost escort to kill would-be hijackers and grenadiers.
Know your enemy.
It’s likely just that your crew is no good. Mine has been shredding Halo pretty hard since Halo 2 and I can call my Sniper in to deal with anyone, anytime.
I’m that guy in the Mantis you can’t stand. I’m that guy in the Banshee who is making a fool out of your whole team. Just the way it is. I’ve been the wheelman since day one in Halo 2.
I’ll admit I had to adapt, and the new warthog is a total joke the way they lowered it and added that big lame blower exhaust and basically removed half of it’s mass so it would flip the second the wind hits it…
But still. It’s not THAT bad. What’s worse is when my team DOESN’T equip the PP and I have to say “Now guys… do we have to have THE DISCUSSION AGAIN?” and they just don’t get that the PP is now mandatory on vehicle maps.
You just gotta roll with the punches.
Again, the Warthog does suck now. Real bad. We don’t even use it anymore.
They kept the Ghost and Banshee the same… but they rebuilt the Warthog. And you know it was so that it more closely resembled that big dumb mockup they made a few years back and then used in FUD. Not hating on the show. But come on. The axel type alone for the old model was amazing. Going back to fixed axels just doesn’t make any sense.

No, I don’t feel like that. Why?
Well, first let me say that I am not part of any team nor do I ever put in a mic, ever.
But, I still have no major problems with vehicles, even without communication. I can only point to my Halo Waypoint statistics as the basis of my point.
I have:
2185 Wheelmen medals
1575 Gauss Hog kills
215 Scorpion kills
184 Rocket Hog kills
484 Banshee bomb kills
87 Banshee splatters
93 Hog splatters
930 Ghost kills
…and so on
I have been able to get Rampages in the Gauss Hog, Scorpion and Banshee and Killing Frenzys in all other vehicles.
The point is, I am a causal player with little skill and there are tens of thousands of players way better than me, so, if I am able to get some OK results with the above vehicles without communication via mic or being with friends, I really don’t see the problem your having. I avoid some of the weapons of which you speak by trying to play smart and be careful with where I drive or fly etc. Therefore, if I can do it, any causal non-mic player can - no team needed!
Having said that, having a mic and being with friends/team, better results would be possible.
Dodge plasma pistols, fire repeatedly. Plus the fact that Scorpions, Wraiths, and Mantises don’t get trashed in this way.
People who complain about weak vehicles are not using them correctly. A vehicle will not give you a massive advantage and let you sit back as your foes burn and die.
Play like you would without a vehicle (In terms of caution) but use the weapons and splattering to their maximum capabilities. Then they turn you into a juggernaut unless someone comes at you from behind.
Infinity BTB is more like BTB heavy, only more infantry oriented.
