I mean if I’m over here playing some arena slayer and I’m down to actual players I’d much rather take my chances with a 2v4 than a 4v4 with brain dead stupid AI. All they do is feed.

Get the game over quicker. Once someone quits it’s already a GG might as well let the team slayer deaths run quick. Better than waiting 6 minutes for the game to end.
Not to mention the bots are gonna be helpful to super low skill lobbies.
yes, in slayer they are more trouble than help, however in fortress are more help than trouble
Do bots even prioritize objectives? Like will they defend or return flags or pick them up or are they just there as distractions?
Do you know what difficulty they’re set to? They should definitely be set to Spartan in all game modes if they’re to stand a chance. I know bot bootcamp is marine level and they’re beyond useless. I’d hope ones that replace teammates are Spartans and if they’re not they should fix that immediately.

Would still be good for at least ODST difficulty. I did that with CTF, 3 bots with me against 4 bots. As soon as the game started all bots charged enemy flag, and some switched to defense as soon as they saw their flag was taken.
I have had some close games with bots on ODST level, very fun even.
