What's the point in "Bulltrue" anymore?

The medal states that you stopped someone from sword charging you, so wouldn’t that mean you survived? Why does everyone die when they get that medal then? It’s pointless…

Absolutely pointless. But hey, atleast you got a medal to die… =’)

i agree especially in living dead when half the time you get a betrayal as well!!! :frowning: still i got an avatar helmet the first time and im not sure but i think more medals means more credits.

Because hitscan. The person with the sword hit you so you die aswell, even though to you he didn’t touch you. In Halo 3, the person with the sword sometimes “slashes” the player but only they die. I’d rather have the former than the latter.

I’ve survived lots of bulltrues, I think you guys are shooting too late.

Yeah probably, damn those zombies lol

Yeah it’s not a big deal, just kinda disappointing haha. And yeah, I’ve survived a few, but it probably has to deal with ping.

I’ve received this medal when a Zombie wasn’t even trying to attack me, but someone else. One of the more pointless medals in this game. Nonetheless, it’s still a medal.

It’s all thanks to the awful p2p network used. As long as you’ve not host, a bulltrue means nothing, or extremely often that’s the case due to the delay
If the game used dedicated servers, bulltrue would still be a bulltrue even with hitscan, sadly that’s not the case for Halo 4. Prepare for more glory (aka lag, host advantage, HS not killing etc)
