Hi, you must be new to Halo. Here we have to wait months and months for every game to hear more information after the announcement. More will be revealed at E3 2012 in May.

God this is so unfortunately true. 
I think for ODST, we got a trailer in October or November, some concept art on Christmas, and we didn’t get any information of the game until E3 2009 in June. Reach had an even longer wait between information; announcement trailer at E3 2009, reveal trailer in December, and some minor stuff after that until E3 2010.
E3 is in May? If it is in May 6th, a Halo 4 official anouncement would make my birthday the best.
CES is coming up soon, and Spike TV is supposed to be covering it. I can’t really think of anything else big enough until E3 in June. Unless it gets revealed during the Super Bowl.
They might be holding off on Halo 4 content until Microsoft reveals it’s next console which is heavily rumored to be releasing in 2013. I wouldn’t be surprised though if it releases in 2012 with Halo 4 as a launch title though.
I know that it was already confirmed that Halo 4 would be on the 360, but they didn’t say “Only on the 360.” Halo 4 still has a shot as a 720 launch title. I really hope they don’t call it the 720. Xbox 3 FTW!

lol im not new i was 12 when I bought CE for my birthday been my favorite game ever since. I got spoiled with all the leaked info from halo reach and now I guess i’m expecting the same. Maybe its a good thing that they’re teasing my sergeant johnson, I want it more that way. thank you for the welcome though

E3 is held in June, this years will be from June 5-7th. Also if you’re saying May 6th is your birthday then your birthday is the same as mine…lol
Well, there’s the GDC and CES in the next couple of months, however I highly doubt we’ll get anything Halo related out of those.
After that, the next best bet is PAX East, where we might get something, however it won’t be anything groundbreaking from my prediction. We likely won’t get anything of significance until E3…
Pax east which i believe is in Also coming up but it isn’t a huge conference but valuable news can be displayed there! Its in Boston in the middle of March!

…Halo Reach and Halo 3 had their teasers at/around E3, then first gameplay for both were shown in december (world premiere for Reach during VGA 2009 and a vidoc entitled: “Et Tu Brute?” on December 13th 2006 for Halo 3) then both recieved a beta which opened in april, while showcasing gameplay for the betas months ahead. So to say that we wait months with absolutely no info is an exaggeration.
I’m guessing we won’t hear anything until E3 and maybe an announcement of a beta will be intended, and we will see and hear more of how the campaign will play and multiplayer and a look at the new enemy.
